American Power and Gas Fun Friday Facts!

Friday At American Power and Gas

“Fun Friday Facts”, the team at American Power and Gas challenges you to try and say that five times in a row! We love to send out interesting and educating information on green energy technologies, but every once in a while it is fun to read about the little entertaining things. “Baby boomers” were some of the harder working people and their presence in the workplace is distinguished and significant. Who will be stepping into their place? Well you might say it is time to turn the spotlight towards some of the millennials.

With the new day and age there is a lot more research made available. Because of the internet, this research is easier to study and has become common knowledge for most of society. This knowledge that is available influences Millennials to hold a high standard for themselves. Let’s take a look at what millennials do that, if practiced by everyone, could lead to success.

Exercise

Millennials are certainly setting a “be concerned for your health” trend. Millennials want to know what’s in their food, they prefer to eat organic and healthy options. Being outside and active is a regular treat for millennials, and also a huge stress reliever for anyone. Yoga, hiking, or just taking a walk on the beach is a great way to clear your mind and celebrate your body. Millennials are not the only one, there are lots of great people on our team at American Power and Gas that are concerned with keeping themselves on the up and up. Getting enough sleep, food, and movement in eahc and every day. A lot of people are responsible enough to log these actions so the weaker areas can be improved.

Family and Friends

Millennials must’ve learned well from their families, because they seem to know that when the hustle and bustle of life shows up there are some constants that need always take precedence. This is quality time with family and friends. Good Communication and support is a big priority. Keeping up-to date on social network is important, having a strong support network of family, friends and followers is beneficial as well. As long as social media networking isn’t consuming, it is known to keep a healthy balance in peoples lives.

They Care

Millennials are philanthropic, and helping charities is good for the soul. Finding out what your passion is, finding out what you love and care for in this world is crucial. These values shape our personalities give us character and purpose in the world. Millennials love to learn about new things. Free thinking by definition is to be open-minded. To understand that there may be certain facts out there that are yet to be discovered. What is right today, may change tomorrow. But questioning and testing is not bad either, millennials are not gullible by any means. Millennials do their research. Therefor when millennials help causes they are interested in, they understand what they are doing it for.

Life is Too Short

Everyone loves to travel, some like to be spontaneous, and some are extremely creative. Millennials are all of the above at the same time! Stay lighthearted. Love life, but crack down at what you do… and have a side hustle if need be. We at American power and Gas practice having fun. We have random dance parties on the floor, we celebrate the holidays together. American Power and Gas has a great team of baby boomers, millennials, Gen Z, and all. The employees that work at American Power and Gas know how to let loose! Some people categorize millennials and give them a bad rep of being entitled, lazy, and slow moving. We at American power and Gas beg to differ. Everyone can learn from the coming generation, after all… the “baby boomers” were a big influence!
