IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT THE REPS

A few weeks ago Morning Tom Cummins held a truly motivating meeting. But this time it wasn’t just about sales, or green energy, or even the charitable organizations we help. It was about the behind the scenes men that got down and dirty. It was about the guys that are always working hard to make sure the nitty gritty things go right. I know you’re all tired of hearing about the backlash from hurricane Irma and Charlie and all of it. But these things did happen. These hurricanes did have an impact on our area, and others as well. American Power and Gas  were very fortunate to slide past any further damage.

The Men Behind The Scenes

American Power and Gas was shut down for 5 days. OK wait, American Power and Gas has a huge book of business? How can they completely shut down, you might be asking yourself. Well we didn’t COMPLETELY shut down. The power went out and of course the admin and sales people weren’t in the building because it was not safe and nothing would have gotten done. There were men from our IT department (Chris James, Hugo Colomba, Matt Coriou, Marc Moore, Marcus Thames, David sullivan) and the VP of IT was a huge advocate in keeping us a float and communicating with our customers and other international locations.

Tom Cummins Says Thanks

These guys worked hard for us, their priority was keeping everything safe and putting in the work so we could get back to production ASAP. Everyone at American Power and Gas was thrilled at this situation and proud that we have these upstanding employees. So we celebrated them this morning, we gave a big thanks to all the staff that supported us through this time, and even a director and finance Leilani got her hands dirty. It was fantastic! Tom Cummins and everyone pitched in and made a heart felt video which let them know they are recognized and appreciated!
